If you have any problems with your Morada Blue swimsuit please email Kathryn Johann at Kathryn will send you a Return Authorization Form and a Prepaid Mailing Label. Please fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or item. Apply the self addressed mailing label to your package and you will receive a confirmation email with details of the return or exchange. Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment. We appreciate feedback about our new line so please feel free to email us your thoughts and opinions.

Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs). There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned more than 15 days after the delivery date. All tags must still be attached to the garments. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.


Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 3-5 business days via USPS. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

At this time, Morada Blue ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Morada Blue ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier
